Please note that MAX version 5.0.6
with hotfix 1 will require updates to the following applications:
- Consignment
- Data Collection
- LabMan
- LeanMAX
Depending on the version of MAX, different
versions of Crystal Reports runtime files are required. Also some
of the MAXTools require the Dot.Net versions.

Auto Invoice Processor
Automate printing and email tasks for recently posted Max Invoices. An invoice document
is created which is similar to the standard Max Invoice format using Crystal Reports.
If a customer is set up for email within Great Plains, the application will
build a collection of invoice documents using the Crystal Reports engine,
convert to PDF format and then email the invoice to each customer
automatically.These documents will be saved for future use. If a customer ID
in Great Plains in not flagged to receive emails then the Advanced Invoicing
utility will simply create a collection and print each invoice to a specified
printer.

Silverlight Labor Tracking
Use a browser or standalone interface to enter employee work records into MAX including either direct production or indirect activities. This interface makes it practical to capture time from all employees direct and indirect. All you need is a browser and network access.
