Tax Coordinator

Take the work and worry out of maintaining tax codes and assignments.

Tax Coordinator for MAX uses a subscription-based import file to update or add new codes within MAX and GP for each taxable ship to address in MAX. 

Tax codes can be created or updated for a single address, or for all records in MAX, ensuring MAX has accurate tax codes based on the city, county, state, and zip code of the ship to address.

At the end of the month, Tax Coordinator generates files and supporting reports for each state that can be used to prepare the state filings, or to upload to a service provider.

• Update all tax codes and all taxable ship to customers in a batch mode, or for a single address, or set to automatically update MAX.
