BOM Manager

This utility uses effective dates to manage a complex BOM change and is particularly useful in the following situations:

• Implementation date is not fixed
• BOM changes may get cancelled
• Quantities per may be estimates
• Multiple BOMs or levels of a BOM are affected by related changes
 

Related BOM changes are combined using a unique event ID which can be easily applied and cancelled after being applied.

Email alerts of pending events can be sent and event summaries can be printed.
