XML Connector

This utility uses the standard MAX ETL schema for sales orders but will fill in missing data elements. So that orders can be loaded from a bare minimum of data. 

This utility can be set up with standard defaults for:  Customer ID, Sales and COGS accounts, Terms, Ship Via and Currency.

New Customers can be loaded automatically.

External order XML documents can be retrieved from a shared folder or from an FTP site.

Orders can be loaded into MAX as either normal sales orders or as quotes.

*Please note that installation and training time is not included in the purchase price of this product.  This product requires an annual customer service plan for upgrades and support.
