Software Updates

Below is information about significant recent updates to MAX Toolkit applications. These are software only updates. There is no data upgrade process required. If you have installed MAX Workbench V16.3.3 updates for MAX ID Changer, Part Cloner and Quick Data Loader will be downloaded automatically if you have MAX Workbench configured for auto updates. Document Manager - View the complete Change Log
- Added functionality to specify the order documents are processed.
- Added functionality to copy existing configuration from one database to another.
- Added option to assign sql queries as conditions on Data Content and Email Text configuration sections.
- Added ability to save documents to disk without being printed or emailed.
- Added ability to add user defined hyperlinks to email message.
- Added support for CURRENT DATE and CURRENT DATE TIME parameters on the Auto Update Fields section.
- Added functionality to reprocess already processed documents.

- Modified functionality to preserve the original creation date and update the Modified By field with the name of the user using the software.

- Added multilevel BOM comparison.
- Added functionality to compare multilevel BOM without considering the level.
Quick Data Loader - View the complete Change Log
- Added functionality to validate required fields for Part Master import to correct issues with MRP after importing parts with QDL.
- Added Stock Transfer and Unplanned Issue to transactions tab.
- Added Planners and Part Notes tables to static data tab.
