Data Collection Error Message - Problem Calling MAXUPDATEXML.DLL

If you are receiving the following error message with Data Collection, you are probably also receiving the MAX activation message below.

The MAX client allows access for 5 days after connecting to a new server, but MAX Update that processes Data Collection transactions does not allow any access until the new activation key is entered.  If you are receiving these messages contact MAX support for a new MAX activation key.
