LeanMax: Consolidated Planning/Picking

This feature allows for grouping of work orders by a variety of categories such as customer, product line, project etc. Grouping can be defined using a mix of parameters including commodity code, planner and buyer codes. A schedule can reviewed and modified in place before committing it to do what if shortage analysis. Orders can be approved and or released easily from a grid.  Order picking and issuing can be done in waves.

Kanban:

Using pre-printed kanban labels parts can be re-ordered by simply scanning a bar code.  Parts are verified and supply is checked and if accepted a new PO line is generated and an email with attached PO can be sent immediately or as part of a daily batch to the supplier.
 

Backflush by Operation:

The feature includes a method for easily matching the components to be issued to a specific operation using the PickPro interface.
With a few scans the operation can be posted and related component issues can be processed.

LeanMAX is intalled on a Windows desktop and can be installed on as many as needed.
